Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order as all our products are customised and our artists would have started working on the drawings as soon as the order is received. Rest assured, you are entitled to 1 free revision before printing to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our work.
Replacements / Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for misprinted/damaged/defective items. The claim must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. Please send us a note at email@example.com with a summary of your problem in detail with relevant photos. Please note that we require a photo to be submitted to begin a reshipment and to avoid delays.
Once we receive your problem report, we will let you know which warehouse your product should be returned to. If the correct warehouse address isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments. Please wait until we confirm the address before shipping.
Once your return item is received at our warehouse, it may take up to 3-5 days for our team’s inspection. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, have all tag attached, and in it’s original condition and packaging. We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed immediately. We aim to process as soon as possible but it may take up some time before your refund is posted, depending on your bank, credit card, payment method policies.
If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we will investigate further.
Wrong Address / Unclaimed Products
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Also, shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our warehouse and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable). Please double check your address before submitting your order.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Please send us a message at email@example.com and we will investigate the issue.
