How are the products sent?

If you are ordering a Portrait (Digital Only), it will be shared with you via email. All other products will be shipped to your mailing address. For more information, kindly refer to our Shipping and Delivery section.

Can I choose a background colour?

You can choose a background colour if you are ordering a Portrait or a Mousepad. However all other products won't have any background.

What if I am not happy with the drawing?

Our artists strive to exceed your expectation! We offer you a 1 free revision before printing to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our work. Please share your comments within 2 days and we will proceed with the final review. 
Note that the revision cannot be in contradiction with the instruction you initially gave us as it will be considered as a new job.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we won't be able to amend any details once you have confirmed the drawing with 1 free revision. Our studios would have already started processing your order.

Do I have to pay for customs charges on my physical order?

Unfortunately, Photos to Drawings is unable to determine what customs charges may be applied to overseas shipments. All customs charges (if any) are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. All customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Photos to Drawings. For more information, we would suggest contacting your local customs office.

What if I have not received my order?

It is most likely being shipped from one of our global studios. Feel free to contact us at for an update on the status of your order.

How can I pay for my order?

Photos to Drawings accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal payments.

Is it safe to order online?

You can rest assured that shopping with Photos to Drawings is safe. We use the most up to date security systems and encryption software to ensure your personal details such as name, address and bank details are kept safe and secure.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We are sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Please message us at with your order number. We will be in touch with you asap to resolve the issue.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, exchanges are not allowed as all our products are customised for you. If you have received a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us at Please see our returns policy for further details

In which currency are the prices listed?

All prices on our store are listed in USD.

Why canvases or framed portraits aren't shipped to Australia?

In order to protect its ecosystem from invasive foreign species, Australia has strict laws for what can be imported into the country. Wood products are especially regulated.

The regulations and treatment processes for importing wooden products into Australia are incredibly difficult to maintain, so for that reason we don't ship canvases or framed portraits there.
